Differential and Transfer Case Flush and Fill

The transfer case gear box controls your 2 or 4 wheel drive and the front and rear differentials control both your front and rear wheels. When making a turn your differential allows your inner and outer tires turn at different speeds so that your vehicle turns properly.  

The fluids in the differential and transfer case provide lubrication to gears, bearings, shafts and other internal components. Heat, pressure and friction can start to breakdown the additives in the fluid.  There are also small particles of metal and clutch material that wear with use and these particles can mix with the fluid. It is important to have your fluids checked by our experts at Auto Express. If you are using an off road vehicle, do a lot of towing, or use your 4 wheel drive frequently then you may need to have your fluids checked more frequently.
